Patient Information

During this time it will be important to pre-screen patients prior to appointments. We will be doing this by phone, text and/or email. This is for your safety as well as for the safety of our other patients and our team. Additionally you will be screened at the office along with taking your temperature. We will have hand sanitizer available and will ask you to use some upon arrival. Our waiting room will be arranged for physical distancing and appointments will be limited to avoid crowding in the office. PLEASE WEAR A MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
